Zylobin Support Center

To become a waste collector, download the Zylobin app, tap "Sign Up", and select "Waste Collector" as your account type. Complete your profile with personal details and verify your identity. Once approved, you can immediately start collecting waste and finding collection points.

Open the Zylobin app and navigate to the "Collection Points" tab. The app will show collection points near your current location. You can filter by waste types accepted, operating hours, and available capacity. Tap on any point to see detailed information and get directions.

To register as a recycling center, visit our website and click "Sign Up" then select "Recycling Center". Complete the business verification process by providing necessary documentation. Once approved, you'll gain access to your dashboard where you can manage your collection points, track incoming waste, and prepare for the upcoming direct collection features.

After collecting waste, open the app and tap "Log Collection". Enter the type and approximate weight of waste collected. You can add photos for verification if needed. When you drop off at a collection point, the center will confirm receipt through the app, completing your collection record.

Our direct waste collection feature is currently in development and will be launched in our next tier of service. Registered recycling centers will be able to see waste in their area and arrange pickups based on their capacity and the types of waste available. Stay tuned for announcements, and make sure your recycling center profile is complete to be eligible when launched.
